WWhen you submit your request via email, please include the following information:

• Subject Line: "DO NOT SELL OR SHARE MY PERSONAL INFORMATION REQUEST"

• Your full name.

• The email address associated with your Peadow account (if any).

• A clear statement that you wish to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information.

Universal Opt-Out Preference Signals

Peadow recognizes and honors certain Universal Opt-Out Preference Signals (such as the Global Privacy Control, or GPC). If your browser or device sends a recognized opt-out signal, we will treat that signal as a valid request to opt out of the sale and sharing of your personal information associated with that browser or device.

The Opt-Out Process

• Once your request is received, we will process it as quickly as possible and in compliance with the legal timeframes (typically 15 business days).

• If you submit an opt-out request, we will stop selling or sharing your personal information. However, we may still use and share your Personal Information for purposes that do not constitute a "sale" or "sharing," such as processing your transactions, internal analytics, or for legal compliance.

• You may change your mind and opt back into the sale or sharing of your personal information at any time.

Requests from Authorized Agents

If you are an authorized agent submitting an opt-out request on behalf of a consumer, please email support@peadow.store and include a copy of the consumer's written permission authorizing you to act on their behalf. We may also require the consumer to verify their identity directly with us.
