Initiate a Return:
To begin the return process, please ensure the item is unused, in its original condition, and with all tags intact. Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.
Refund Process:
Our refund process is simple and efficient. Upon receipt and inspection of the return, the refund will be promptly transferred to the original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed. For quick processing, we recommend providing visual evidence such as photos or videos showing any defects or damage for a quick resolution.
Steps to Initiate Refund: Contact our customer service team at support@peadow.store to begin the return process. Provide the reason for the return along with your order number. Wait for instructions on the return shipping address. Once we receive and verify your return (usually within 72 hours), you will receive a confirmation email. Refunds, if any, will be processed within 7 days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require an additional 3-5 business days to process.
Insurance Scenarios:

Customer Dissatisfaction: If the return is due to customer dissatisfaction, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Refunds will be issued for the item cost less the original shipping charge.

Product Does Not Arrive: Please contact us immediately if your product is past the expected delivery date and you have not received any notification from us about late delivery. We will resolve and fix your situation immediately and refund your entire amount.
Cancellation Policy:
If you want to cancel your order after we have confirmed your order, please contact support@peadow.store. We will resolve it, and you will not incur any loss from the cancellation.
